PSQLv11 End of General Availability on June 30, 2015. We still have some licenses available for our customers, as indicated below. When stock is exhausted, upgrading to a newer version may be the only option remaining. If your software is compatible with the current Actian Zen v15, then we recommend using that instead.
This page shows pricing for the Pervasive PSQL v11 product line from Actian (formerly Pervasive Software). The final full install version of this product is v11.30 (Service Pack 3), but licenses purchased for PSQL v11 will work across any release or service pack.

Pervasive PSQL v11 Server Base Licenses (Discontinued)
These licenses are for new server purchases. Licenses will work on Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, Linux 32-bit, and Linux 64-bit. Note that Windows 2000 and older are NOT supported on this engine.

Pervasive PSQL v11 Upgrades (Limited Stock)
These upgrades are valid for all users of Pervasive PSQL v10 or older database engines. Proof of ownership is required
to obtain the upgrade price, and only BASE licenses can be upgraded (Not UCI's). The original product must be removed and destroyed.

Shipping and Taxes
Actian stopped production of the Media Kits, so all licenses are now delivered as electronic downloads only. If you prefer a paper copy, please request a copy of the license document and label when ordering.
Sales taxes will be charged for all IL and IN destinations, unless a proper tax exemption form is provided. All other destinations will be responsible for self-assessing sales taxes where applicable.
Ordering Information
Payment options include:
- On-Line: Visit shop2.goldstarsoftware.com to order products on-line from our secure storefront.
- Pre-Paid: Contact Goldstar Software to determine the exact amount of the order. Mail your payment (Check payable to Goldstar Software Inc.) to our
address (as shown on the Contact page) with the original quote or a written copy of your order. Please be sure to include all information, including version,
platform, user count, and shipping method, where applicable. When we receive the payment, we will process the order and ship the software to you with a PAID invoice.
- Purchase Order: To accept your company purchase order, we must have an open customer account set up. Please download the required forms
and fill in the information requested. Then, you can mail or fax your forms with your P.O. directly to 928-833-3632. When your account is approved and created, the software will ship via
the requested method. If you have any questions, please call us at 708-647-7665 or contact us via other methods!
- Credit Card: We can accept bank transfers or credit card payments, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. To best protect your
privacy, credit card orders are taken as web storefront or phone orders only, so contact us to place your order.
- PayPal: We can also receive payments via PayPal. Schedule payments to the user "BillBach" at goldstarsoftware.com. (Format this like an Email address. We'd give
you the exact format, but spammers keep sending us more garbage.) You may need to establish an account with Paypal to
complete this transaction.
