ColorQube Solid Ink Printers

Need high-quality color printing with a polished feel? Goldstar Software recommends Xerox ColorQube solid ink printers for their high-quality, professional print appearance, as well as their features such as multiple input trays (for three-ring punched paper), full-ream paper trays, and networked printing capabilities. We have been using this printer line for all of our training manuals since 2001 and have received numerous comments from students on the quality of the materials. These solid-ink printers also have a low environmental footprint, with few non-recyclable components and little waste from supplies.

Can You Beat a FREE Printer?

For small offices, Xerox has a great offer for you. In many cases, the high cost of purchasing a color printer outright can be an issue for cash flow. Under their Small Office Savings Plan, Xerox will actually send you a FREE color printer or multi-function device to suit your office needs. They will then charge a small, recurring, monthly fee to your credit card for either 1 or 2 years. This monthly fee is then applied 100% towards your supply costs (ink, toner, etc.) for the contract period. When the contract ends, you can either continue the contract, paying only for supplies and getting free hardware support and maintenance, or you can terminate the contract, keep the printer, and pay nothing more!
